One Time Fees & Deposits

 

Before you settle into your new home, there are a few one-time fees you’ll need to prepare for. These initial costs help us get everything ready for your move-in and ensure a smooth leasing process.

  • Application Fee:$99 per applicant
  • Additional Applicant Fee:$99
  • Security Deposit:Varies ($0 - 1 month's rent, based on credit) - Refundable, Conditions Apply

Monthly Fees

 

Once you're moved in, you may incur standard monthly charges beyond just your base rent. We aim to make these as transparent and predictable as possible so you can budget with confidence.

  • Renters Insurance:Varies per month
  • Conservice Trash Admin Fee:$3 per month
  • Conservice Water/Sewer Admin Fee:9% of Resident usuage per month
  • Trash:$13 per month
  • Water:Based on usage per month
  • Water Base Charge:$0.77 per month
  • Sewer:Based on usage per month
  • Sewer Base Charge:$1.19 per month
  • Storm Water Drainage:Varies per month
  • Electric:Varies
  • Pest Control:$3 per month

Optional Rentable Items

 

As a resident, there are a few optional add-ons you can choose to take advantage of. These fees help us maintain select facilities and services and provide a quality experience for all residents.

  • Storage:$15-$48 per month
  • Garage:$300-$350 per month

Pet Fees

 

If you are a pet owner, there are a few pet related fees we charge.

  • Pet Fee (1 pet):$400
  • Pet Fee (2 pets):$500
  • Pet Rent:$20 per month
